Start: Chubba Hubbard

Chubba Hubbard should be a strong week 13 fantasy start against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers based on his consistent performances this season. Hubbard is averaging 79.6 rush yards per game, along with 5 yards per carry, which has contributed to his 7 touchdowns through 11 games on the year. With an average of 16 carries per game, he is ranked 10th among running backs for carriers, showing his consistent workload. The Panthers rank 5th in red zone offense, converting 64% of their opportunities, which helps boost Hubbard’s touchdown potential. With the slight improvement of Bryce Young’s play, it has opened more space for Hubbard, as defenses will have to focus a bit more on the pass rather than just focusing on the run. Tampa Bay’s run defense ranks 16th in the league, allowing around 125 yards per game, making this a favorable matchup for Hubbard. Hubbard is projected to score 14.6 points in PPR formats, making him a great option to start for week 13.

Sit: Aaron Rodgers

Aaron Rodgers should be on your bench for week 13 as the Green Bay Packers are set to face the tough Seattle Seahawks. Rodgers is averaging 222 pass yards per game this season, but did not have too many pass yards against the Colts where he put up 184 pass yards and 151 against the Cardinals. For week 13, he is ranked as the QB25, which shows he will most likely not produce. The Seahawks’ defense is coming off a good performance, allowing only 6 points to the Cardinals, and ranks 15th in passing defense, giving up an average of 214 yards per game. The Seahawks also do very well in the red-zone, stopping teams 52.5% of the time. The Jets rank 18th in passing offense and are 27th in scoring offense, reducing Rodgers's potential. This matchup does not benefit Rodgers, so we believe he is best on your bench.

Start: Baker Mayfield

Baker Mayfield will be a great fantasy starter for your team in week 13 against the Carolina Panthers. Baker averages 254 yards per game and has 24 passing touchdowns on the season. Mayfield can also rush a bit with an average of 20 rushing yards per game and 3 rushing touchdowns on the season, adding value to his fantasy points. With Mike Evans back in the lineup, he will continue to produce, especially with other weapons like Cade Otton, which keep his passing game strong. Baker has over 300 passing yards in 4 games this season and is ranked 7th overall in passing yards. The Buccaneers throw the ball 58.27% of their snaps, showing they have faith in Baker. Tampa Bay ranks 4th in scoring offense, averaging 28 points per game, and they are 2nd in red zone efficiency, converting 69.8% of the time. The Panthers ranked 24th in passing defense and are last in scoring defense, allowing around 31 points per game, making this a great matchup for Baker Mayfield.

Sit: Davante Adams

Davante Adams should be on your bench for similar reasons as Aaron Rodgers. Since joining the Jets, Adams has struggled to make a significant impact. This season he has only managed just 487 receiving yards and 2 touchdowns through 11 games. He has been plagued by inconsistency and his chemistry with Rodgers appears to be faded as he has yet to reach over 100 yards with the Jets in a game. Adams is started in 51% of leagues, but his recent performances have not justified that trust. Over the past four weeks, he has averaged just 7.5 targets and 58 receiving yards per game. The Seahawks' defense ranks 17th against wide receivers, but they have been solid in the red zone, limiting opportunities for big plays or touchdowns. Furthermore, the Jets’ offensive struggles, ranking 27th in passing yards, have severely limited Adams’ ceiling. Adams is projected for 13.15 points in PPR formats, but his lack of production and the Jets’ inefficiencies make him too risky to rely on. He also has tough competition for targets as Garrett Wilson remains Rodgers’ primary target. Until Adams shows more consistent involvement and impact, he’s better off on your bench this week.

Start: Jauan Jennings

Jauan Jennings should be a strong start for Week 13 as the San Francisco 49ers face the Buffalo Bills, a good matchup. Jennings has been stepping up in recent weeks, particularly with Brock Purdy sidelined and especially with Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk missing time. Jennings led the 49ers in targets last week with 7 and continues to show his ability to perform when given the widened opportunity. Over the past two games, he’s averaged 7 targets and over 60 yards, demonstrating that he can be a reliable weapon in the passing game. This week’s matchup against the Bills, who utilize split-safety coverage at the third-highest rate in the league, favors Jennings stylistically. He leads the 49ers in yards against this type of coverage and ranks sixth in the NFL in this category, making him a prime candidate to exploit Buffalo’s defensive scheme. Additionally, with the Bills ranking 26th against wide receivers in fantasy points allowed, Jennings has a great opportunity to build on his recent success. Jennings is started in only 37% of leagues but remains undervalued. With Purdy potentially returning and a good opportunity ahead, Jennings has both a solid floor and a high ceiling for Week 13. Start him confidently as a flex option, particularly in PPR formats.

Sit: Rhamondre Stevenson

Rhamondre Stevenson should be on your bench for Week 13 as the Patriots face a tough Indianapolis Colts defense. Stevenson is coming off a disastrous performance in Week 12, where he rushed eight times for just 13 yards and failed to make an impact in the passing game. His lack of production was largely due to the game script and an unproductive Patriots offense, which has consistently struggled to sustain drives. The Colts have the 5th-ranked run defense and allow just 90.4 rushing yards per game, making this a challenging matchup for Stevenson. Furthermore, his workload has been inconsistent all season, splitting touches with Antonio Gibson, and he’s failed to surpass 25 rushing yards in five games already this year. Even with his pass-catching ability, Stevenson hasn’t topped 20 receiving yards in 3 consecutive games, capping his fantasy upside. While Stevenson has shown flashes of his potential, the Patriots' offensive struggles and a tough matchup against the Colts' defense make him a risky play. He’s projected for 11.95 points in PPR formats and started in 63% of leagues, but his floor remains extremely low. Look for other options in Week 13 and keep Stevenson on your bench.
